Hutchinson Car Audio Subwoofer Warranty Information:
Your new Hutchinson Car Audio subwoofer is covered by a 1-year limited warranty if purchased from an authorized Hutchinson Car Audio dealer. This warranty covers defects in materials and or workmanship only. This is not an insurance policy. Only the original owner/purchaser of the product is eligible for warranty services. The original receipt or invoice is required for warranty services. Please see the list below of what is not covered by this warranty.
- Damage caused by improper installation and/or subsequent damage to other components.
- Damage caused by exposure to moisture, excessive heat or cold, chemicals, and UV exposure.
- Damage due to negligence, misuse, accidents, or abuse.
- Repeated returns for the same damage may be considered abuse.
- Expenses related to the removal or reinstallation of the product.
- Damage caused by amplifier clipping or distortion.
- Returned non-damaged or non-defective items.
- Products returned without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Freight or shipping damage.
- Services and modifications not performed by Hutchinson Car Audio.
- Excessive power.
- Improper enclosure.
At the discretion of Hutchinson Car Audio, your subwoofer will be either repaired or replaced when it is being covered by the warranty. Be sure to properly pack your return, using the original packaging is recommended. Repairs for shipping damage caused by improper packaging will be billed to the customer.
If Hutchinson Car Audio determines your subwoofer is not covered by the warranty, we will offer you the option of having the subwoofer repaired or replaced. We will bill you accordingly. If you choose to replace the product we will sell you a new one at a discounted rate.
To start the warranty process you must contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending in any returned products. A pre-paid FedEx shipping label will be provided. If your subwoofer is covered under this warranty shipping both ways will be covered, if not shipping both ways will be billed to you as well as any other repairs or replacements of the product.
Customers outside of the continental 48 states will be billed the shipping cost minus $50 each way.
